Meditation certainly the best method, I usually combine marijuana with meditation. I find no music to usually be the best- one less distraction. Though I must admit I do have a weak spot for using hemisync or frequencies from the solfeggio scale occasionally for specifically guided sessions..

The laws here in Ohio are some of the most lax in the country besides med. states. But even then, only a handful with med. allow usage outside of death threatening illnesses. Most of those states are on the west side of the country tho. But yeah, the atmosphere where I'm at now is great- people...
