You dont flush your growing medium every 2 weeks ? i thought it was necessary to prevent mineral salt buildup which isnt good for the plants. I know most hydro growers change ther water weekly - 2 weekly also.

I'm not sure on yields for Blue cheese although i know a big cheese plant yields up to 700g if done right . One thing i will ask is, how big are your pots and do you flush your soil once every 2 weeks to prevent mineral salt buildup.

Hey Bricktown, i want to plug in 2 x 200 w Cfl's , 1 x 100mm inline fan and a 100mm oscillating fan into one plug socket. just wanted to know how safe that would be, its a 13A Socket running to a 6 gang adapter.

Iv chosen cheese cuz its a hardy, big yielding plant which i think is good for a relatively new grower. is bubble cheese any different in yield or tolerance to heat ?

ok, so uv disarmed me on cost :-P Do you know what the difference in heat output is for a Metal Halide as opposed to a cfl ?

I Know a HID would be much better but also i cant afford the HID either :( my cfl's will only cost £80 alltogether. but on my next grow 100% HID im on ur side buddy :bigjoint:

Too Much heat, small area to grow in so iv gta make some compramise my extraction system isnt powerful enough to cool a HID Down :(

I agree with Bob i think u have girls but ul need another week or so to be sure, its not the end of the world unless a male releases pollen so just be calm and check twice a day for balls. Not sure how to upload images but heres a link tht will help...

Oh I Plan On Doing it very well. Im Putting 2 plants under 23000 Lumens of blue spectrum light, changing to red for flowering stage. Using Canna Light Mix Soil and Canna Vega+Flores+ Boost I have excellent ventilation odour and temperature control. Does that count as doing it well ? :bigjoint:

Im not sure how it works there in the US, if u are from US that is :bigjoint:but most pc fans are 12v . Make absolute sure of the voltage the fan requires if poss post a pic for me.:peace:
