Update! I changed to cfls, 1 15watt 6500k and 2 23watt 2700k. Removed some aluminum foil. I've noticed a big increase in leaf growth and its all starting to clump together nicely, no stretching for the light. Still have them on 18/6 with a fan and a co2 maker. Comment and advice...

What is another alternative for reflection? The walls are white normally would this be enough? I have a fan in.
