id say for veg instead of using the t5 id say use a 1000w MH light cause t5's dont give out as much light and most people just use them if they already have them and dont have a MH light

hey you probably shouldnt use that tinfoil it seems to burn plants. use mylar it ultra reflective and doesnt wrinkle really easily and its good for your plants you can buy it at any grow store

are you using any nutes yet cause if so stop and just use water for a bit. my current plant is growing super slow and i just kept watering and it kind of just blew up over night

humidity is fluctuating between 60-65% i have a couple of dishes with water evaporating as it grows to keep the humidity up

CFL's don't get very hot so as long as they arent touching anything and have a couple of inches in between them and the cupboard you should be fine but just in case keep water and or a fire extinguisher handy
