    Hermies....show in flower ONLY?

Hermies can show at any time. I had one recently, turned out predominantly male, so I ate it.

    POT (as fertilizer)

Compost it, any plant material is great compost. Just avoid meats(attracts maggots, disease, etc, just a really bad idea). Egg shells are fine. Banana peels, apple cores, stems, big fan leaves. I sometimes eat the leaves(especially males), good source of fiber, and I've grown to quite enjoy...

    half of plant dead/dry?

From nothing else it sounds like the plant got over heated, you could mist them(and put a fan on them if not, evaporation cools), instead of watering the soil.

Whole plant laying down on ground but alive?

This happened to me recently. Just stake/tie it upright. It shouldn't be tightly tied around the stalk. There's no detriment to doing this. Dirt touching leaf = dead leaf, and the necrosis can spread. I was just grateful the stem was undamaged.

    Not alot of buds(?)

Most strains don't autoflower, so you won't see many or any buds until later in the season.

    105 watt

I'm not sure what your problem is. All CFLs generate light similarly(50-70 LM/w), a 105 watt actually produces less intensity per watt than smaller wattage CFLs. Over 42-65 watts it starts dropping from 75 lm/W maximum to around 100w being 65 lm/W to 200w being 50 lm/W. That's lumens per watt...

NEW PICS!! new light, need advice

Aluminum puts the reflectivity in reflective Mylar. What Mylar does do better than aluminum foil is specular reflectivity. While most Al foils are around 50% diffuse, Mylar foils are typically around 25% diffuse. This means Mylar has a higher quality of reflection, and reflects higher...

do you believe in ghosts ?

There are many documented cases of mass delusion. So nothing really surprises me. Most magic shows are a testament to how easy this is. People see what they want to see, devil faces in 9/11 smoke, Jesus on a piece of toast, Internet porn, and unicorns. It's all good.

Maybe try to find some thin(fairly easy to bend, but rigid enough to hold shape) sheet metal(aluminum), find the shiniest you can get, and then make a big reflective 4' cylinder around it all. I've always wanted to try this, take a 5 gal round bucket, and put aluminum sheet in a cylinder...
