Just curious, what are your fears of ordering online? I've placed 8 orders from the Attitude seed bank in London since 3/08 for delivery to CA, and NEVER a problem. It would seem that either I'm very lucky or you may be a bit paranoid? BB

Right off the top of my head, I would say that it depends on the State you choose to move to. Each State has their own rules and guide lines. What might be perfectly legal in CA, may not fly in WA. Your dream seems admirable, but you need to kind of think it through, ya know, get a plan, then...
