I would go with multiple lower wattage LEDs spread evenly over the canopy. The cast off lighting is pretty good once you get multiple of them hanging. I'm personally not a big believer in high wattage LEDs unless you just have a big budget - i think multiple LEDs are always gonna be necessary...
