It last in a 20oz bottle in my pc box for about a week. i clean it every week but you can just pour out some water and add more sugar and water to keep it going.

I've been useing "The aquarium method"..yeast,sugar,water in a bottle with a hole in the top of the lid and a straw coming out of it toward the plant. So I guess it works.lol

do i weave it throw the rack? or do i just bend it under and the rack let it grow up and then tie it down on the top of the rack? sorry so dumb about this i just want to get it right. ive read bunch of stuff but not enough info for me.
