I agree with outdoorindica on the pot sizes, you would be giving them more room to grow but it's honestly probably a waste of soil. I have mine in 3 gallon pots & that is still probably over doing it, I grow inside using cfl's.

As I said earlier, if you are going to try an auto flower on 12/12 schedule I would personally plant some regular plants & only try 1 autoflower to test it. You may not get the weight you are expecting from them, I am new to autoflowers so maybe I'm not the one to ask?

Actually scratch that last post dimensions, I just at measured the size of my 3 gallon pots. They are 10 1/2 inches round so that means with a box 2 feet deep I could fit 2 plants into the box from front to back. Since the pits are 10 1/2 inches wide I would need a box that is atleast 42 inches...
