Is this plant trained and topped and then vegged to 40 " in a 7 gallon pot? Growing them that big doesn't rootbound them for flowering? Just seems like 9 zips of tiny in a 7 gal pot is unachievable , but if so then great just preparing for future trials with space bomb.

Let seeds dry for a month in the bud or in open air and then store in fridge . Do not try to germ without doing so , u will ruin them if you do.

What you got there is a nute toxicity problem . Too much on the micro nutes , your plants are too young to be showing signs of under fertilizing. You have a toxic mixture of something. Did you check the ppm of your water before you added nutes? Did you check the PH after you added your nutes ? .
