well 64 sort of trumped the MMJ law when it comes to that... an adult 21 or over is allowed to GIVE marijuana to another Adult 21 or over you are NOT allowed to buy it or sell it .. yet. If you get caught selling it.. they will bust you like there is no law that legalized it.

do some research some places ban dispensaries, some embrace it.. some peeps will call the cops if they smell weed.. some won't

oh they are totally letting them get the first crack at it.. the problem is that they will have to open up a whole new store with new licensing .. they are not allowed to transfer the MMJ to the rec license... some places have the money some won't. the weed in CO is much less then the weed in...
