Not too sure about mixing something myself - dont want to f+ck up and destroy the lot! i have some pest strips at home grow plenty and they are just sticky strips for flys is that what your referring to?

it'd kill me killin them off bro. cant do it! i've not put any sand down, the only thing i've done is use plant vitality but i dont think it is hard core enough!

Will keep u posted when I get back in tonight guys. The plants look like there turning round slightly but 5 of them are approx 1.5 feet high but the leaves on the stem are very small and don't seem to be growing outwards. Any ideas? P

Thanks for the replies guys, I'll post some pics tomorrow. I've flushed them and they seem to be doing a lot better, one problem I've had with 5 of them though is the leaves down the stem are very small and not really growing out from the plant, any ideas? P
