Its been getting a lot of rain lately, that could be the problem...

I'm a first time grower and i tried growing this plant from seed about a month later than I should. How does it look? Its about 2 months old. Any tips or pointers for this plant? Its obviously outdoor. I have no idea what breed it is. It was pretty much just a practice one for next year.
