Im flowering also and mine's at 10%. Seems fine to me. I havent noticed anything unusual. :confused:

Mine's always around 10-12%, but since flowering I'm not trying to raise it anymore. I was around 50-60% w/ the humidifier during veg. Refilling it like, 2-3 times a day. Total pain in the arse though.

I bought a humidifier from a thrift store for about $2. There was a ton of them there, oldschool ones, but they worked. Try that.

Horrible pics taken with my video camera. Just wondering if they have outgrown their pots. Also I'm flowering them for about 5-6 days now. Is it Okay to transplant during? I ended up with 3 girls! Woot!! The pics are bad, but I think you'll get the gist of it.
