You are going to need more than that for sure. It depends on how well your soil or grow medium holds water. If it doesn't rain here in 3-4 days, I break out the bucket and go hiking to water.
You don't want the wind blowing down on them. Side to side is the best. You have got to have a breeze somehow, otherwise your stems will be small and weak and the weight of the buds will pull them over. Do you have room to put the fan on top of a bucket or something?
Nice michaeljdumpout, U got it going on in those buckets. Iv'e got 20 plants out and I did notice a few pre flowers. No big deal. Iv'e got maybe 5 more I will reveg and put them out as well. We have awesome growing conditions in the south.
Putting them out early will make them bud, especially in the South. Same thing happend to me last summer. Just cut the buds off when it's done then it will reveg. You have a long hot summer so you will get twice the use outta the same plant. I had plants outside I didn't chop until Thanksgiving...
I'm using a bit of everything. Piss, soap, fishing line and some green plastic garden fencing. Seems to be working so far. They have a trail near my plants so I fenced that off to start. Irish spring everywhere. I noticed just yesterday a track right next two one of my 3 week olds plants and if...
Hey DMG. Very nice room indeed. Iv'e brought plants in before. I learned you will get bugs on them from being outside. Now, I just spray them down with neen oil at night before I bring them in.
Try Hygrozyme. I have never used it myself but I hear it does wonders so, I did just order it. Also try bat guano and bone meal for natural ferts. What kind of grow medium are you using?
Any wind in your area? The stronger the breeze, the stronger ther trees.
Just got mine out (clones) We have a super long hot summer. I have plants I didn't chop till Thanksging. And what a blessing it was.
Put them out there.
Thanks Slabhead. It took me 2 months to digs all the holes. Each hole holds 3-4 cubic ft of my own mix including compost. I have been lucky so far with the rain. We have been getting a strong soaking thunderstorm about every other day.
Thought I would jump in and share.
Got 19 plants out and I'm counting on a good summer here in the deep south with the long summers. I have more inside and I may decide to reveg a few and put them out. Plants in a very secure area I have checked out the past two summers.
