I'm working on the ventalation now.after adding the second light the heat jumped froma steady 80'f to around 92'f. So what I'm trying now is I cut a large hole in the wall close to the ground and put 2 4" duct hoses that run along the concreat floor in behind the furnace(the coldest part of the...
could you explain why this is wrong.to me it makes perfect sence, the slower the air moves through the charcoal the more impurities get scrubed from the air. the faster the air passes through the charcoal the less time the charcoal is in contact with the contaminated air and inturn less oudor...
I've always frozen my seeds to store them but the trick is it make shure there dry not fresh. If there really fresh like straight off the plant they have too much water in them and they turn black and mushey and smell bad and use a frost free freezer.
I've always dried the trim before I made bubble hash then I freeze it for a couple hours before I start the hash making. I crush up the trim with my hands and pull out the hard pieces before putting it into the bags with the ice and watter. As far as what Res Kush says he is right the hash turnes...
now that i think about it more do ya think it would help if i cut a large hole in the wall of the room close th the floor and maby it would help suck in more of the colder air outside the room?? my room is not enen close to air tight so i thought this would be good enough, just suckin air through...
I have the can fan mounted to the ceiling in the grow room and the can filter is about 12 inches above the lights with ducting to attach the two. then I have 6 inch duct that goes from the can fan to outside.I also have about 6 one liter bottles with yeast and sugar around the room
I'm running a 400 watt hps and a 250 watt hps. my ventalation is a 6" canfan and a 14"canfilter with a 6"flange ducted out side.the room is 3x4 and 8 ' ceilings painted flat white.I was told to run the fan slow or the air will pass through the charcoal filter too fast and it won't clean the air...
for now I'm just intrested in lots of growth to get clones I probably wont try to bud anything out for a couple months 3-5 ish so do you think that the heat stress might turn them hermie or slow their growth?thanks for the info friend:hump:
my room stays at a steady 90' I've got early skunk derban poison and a big bud x skunk is this too warm?? they seem to be doing allright but I dont want to stress too much I dont want hermies or anything like that. I've got a killer exaust,a 10 inch can fan and a charcoal filter so I cant...
my local shop is out of p.h. buffer and I was wondering if there is anything else(household supplies) that will work in a pinch. My ladies are gonna miss there dinner if I can't. thanks budz
I want to add a 250 watt hps to my room that already has a 400 watt hps my room is only 3x4 feet. will it mess up the plants for imbalanced lights? or is it more lumins the better?the reason I want the extra light is I have some smaller plants that looked streched. my mother is the main...
I was wondering if the directions on my grodan roc wool cubes is right. It says to soak the cubes in p.h.'d water of 5.5 I thought p.h. should be around 6.4 to 6.7.Are new cuttings different will 5.5 ph help them root faster? any tips would be great as this is my first time. thanks guys.:?::?:
ya i think so too. now i pulled another apart and the growth (kinda toumor lookin) is right where they got dipped. so my new thinkin is to let the roc wool get a little dryer maby to get the roots going a bit looking for water. i think the roc wool was/is a little too wet. thanks for your help...
