1500PPMs when lights on (12/12 schedule). My exhaust virtually never runs (thirty seconds a day, as soon as the lights turn off). It's about as sealed as a tent can be, IMHO. Is your CO2 atmosphere controlled or are you using a timer?

Generally "1" is your best bet. See if the plants can sort themselves out for a few days, and if they appear to be getting worse, then take action. Just my $.02.

You need to calibrate your pH meter (or your TDS meter), cuzzo - water with a PPM of 0 will have a pH of 7.0 (something scientific having to do with the lack of ions, but just take my word for it - ain't no way your 0 PPM water has a pH of anything outside of 6.8-7.2). Gambler, very nice...
