You need to ditch that cheapo axial fan and get yourself a decent 4" inline. That'll solve the majority of your problems. You'll (obviously) also need a 6-4 reducer to make it fit that reflector, or get a 6" inline which would thoroughly fix things. businesslights.com is where I've gotten...

The generator was $315. That first shot is my Sentinel CHHC-1 - it's an environmental controller (controls my dehumidifier, heater, fans, and CO2). And no, everything is bought separately - the Sentinel is ~$520. I also have a regulator and 3 20# CO2 tanks that I use.
