No, let them be. The tips were cut when they were clones to help with transpiration. Less surface area makes it a little easier on the plant. They are old so the plant is most likely draining any nutrients from it before it lets it go.

The point to topping is it allows you to now grow the plant horizontally. This is how you get that screen just inches above the pot, otherwise, you're looking at 8" to a foot of stuff that won't get good light (especially if you manipulate your canopy right). That's stuff you guys clean off...
