Shoulda just left her n let her be, remember ur growing a WEED, yes cannabis is an invasive weed and they dont need to be pampered, just water it n let it do its thing, have patience, dont kill it with kindness! And make sure that soil gets real real dry before ur next water, let those roots expand.

Dont use big bloom till the end of flower, and dont use ocean forest for ur seedling, if u do, water it and let it dry and then repeat once more before u transplant the seedling

Chances are its focusing on creating a stable root base, like i said, give it a week, if it doesnt grow by then, then i would start to take other actions

U can but ur gonna have to do a nice long cure to get the desired flavor and smoothness in the buds

Dude.. Be patient, if its not growing above soil chances are its growing below the soil, give it a week and itll be a completely different plant. Patience is a very important factor when growing cannabis
