Hey quick question...when you transplanted, did you make sure to thoroughly water the soil that you were planting into before placing you lady in there? And after that, did you make sure to thoroughly water again? Not doing so can result in the symptoms you're describing...

Might be...I use rockwool fine...also paper towels when I'm too impatient to wait for the 24 hours in PH'd water that rockwool requires. All the rockwool seedlings seem to be more solid in the soil after they're repotted versus seedlings from paper towels. Same thing with seeds germed in soil...

It's good to have some 2700k as well...3:1 ratio of 6500k to 2700k is ideal for veg to better simulate the sun. Reverse for flowering.

Are those your veg and bloom nutes?? I would use the 3-2-3 for this feed, but in the future you want something that favors N less (but still present) and P - K more when flowering...Uncle Ben says that something like 1-3-2 is ideal.

Nitrogen...give them a low dosing of ferts. If they are stunted, more than likely there is not enough nitrogen in your grow medium.

What ratio are the other nutrients? What are the P and K for both? That information is important as well, not just the number that represents N. Mix a portion of the grow nutes with bloom nutes, and it should help your problem.
