Another mistake people make is they cover up the clones in a closed environment. They need fresh air constantly. I use an aquarium and leave the lid open all the time. Just make sure to keep the humidity up. I get roots out of rockwool in 7-10 days and I have a 100% success rate.
You should add Nitrogen about two weeks into flower. But only for a two week period. After that dont add anymore. This will give the plant the extra nitrogen it needs to stay green through out the flower. But if its already past that 2-4 week mark dont add any N. Just let them naturally...
Agreed, only germ in soil or what ever your going to use. No reason to damage the seedling by moving it or it growing into the paper towel. One thing not mentioned they needs is fresh air. People mess up when the germinate in a closed environment.
Nutrient water should not sit around, it will build micro organism's that will eat up the nutes and make them useless. You should mix the amount your going to water with and thats it or your just wasting it.
Wait till the calyx opens. It opens when the plant wants to take in male pollen. Sometimes your trics can actually change to amber before the calyx open and people will cut, but after the calyx opens the trics can go clear again and then back to amber. Wait till calyx's are open and then trics...
Looks like mold due to overwatering and high humidity. Stay between 20-40% humidity during flower and dont spray them all the time. Also water every 3-4 days or untill the top 3 inches of soil is dry.

You dont need that much humidity and you need a lot of fresh air. Read this, it works, people make a lot of mistakes when germinating. Remember also your seedlings need some type of nutes, after some roots grow immediatly move them too new soil.
Domes are not needed. Seedlings actually like a dry climate up top to help fight fungus and other nasty stuff. Just make sure the medium stays moist. Not too wet and not dry.
Like stated dont do them all at once. It somewhat stunts the stem that was supercropped for a little untill it fully heals itself. Also dont do it to late in the flowering stage cause it can kill it.
