glad to hear that you have a plan man, that's half the battle. what curing method are you using again? maybe i missed it in the thread. Iam looking into other options as my last cure didn't go so well (was just a typical dry/jar, but i think i didn't burn enough and let to a very mild case of...
Definitely just the pheno that its expressing is all. I have three Nirvana BJ's going right now, 2 are almost identical in pheno (citrusy scent, more on the sativa side) and one is VERY different. Its showing strong Indica traits, though maturing at a much slower rate for some reason, and...
your undersites may never get any bigger, even if you delay chopping them. BUT, they will mature a bit more and recede those hairs, so really its up to you whether you want to let them finish or not. i tend to harvest it all at once, and just quick dry the popcorn stuff and use it as temporary...
thanks for relinking that thread from UB guys, i guess it didn't stand out in my post (the phrase 'Uncle Ben has a thread here' was a link).
as said before, topping is quite easy, if you read the first page of that thread, it should all be pretty clear and straight forward on what you want to...
ive always saw it as 1/3rd grower, 1/3rd genetics, and 1/3 in the dry/cure. seems any of them can be detrimental to the finished produce in some way, but i would bet it usually takes a combination of failures to grow the true shwag.
When that happened in my first grow, it ended up being a Mag deficiency. The folding is called 'praying for mag' if its a correct diagnosis, but the cause could be a couple things. Might be a nute lockout due to a ph imbalance, or just not enough in the soil/nutes. What is your ph before you...
Iam not positive, but it looks like there is a little ph balance issue going on, maybe causing a lockout of somesort. iam also tempted to say some pics show nute burn, but iam not sure.
I am also a FoxFarm user, specifically grow big and big bloom. I personally would ditch the MG. Many will tell you your guarenteed to hurt your plant with it. While i wouldnt be THAT bold, i would attest that it happened to me with MG soil, so iam wary of them as far as MJ. Just my .02
I personally wouldnt go for a drip-system right off the bat. Again, this is just my opinion, but i found that the hands on time with the plants for watering was just more time watching and learning about the plant itself; eg: what makes it tick, what temps it prefers, how much water and how...
i know exactly how your dad feels! lol
sounds to me your doing the right thing though. I cant remember the last time i heard someone say 'i really regret giving it that extra week', in fact, i dont think ive ever heard it. one thing i would add is if your looking for 70%+ amber, be sure to keep...
i agree that they look done. your hairs have receded all the way in nicely, you have a few nice color changes at the tips, really, the only other thing i would be looking for was it my grow would be moree yellowing (which you may just not have due to nutes or genetics or whatnot) and trich...
Thank You! I couldn't have done it without your guys' help and if i might say, things are looking great! No iam not the KK from any other site, well except speedyseedz forums, iam KK there as well.
As for the coty's, iam with ya on that. I never thought that what happened to me is the 'norm'...
hey you should update your journal!
oh and you should swing by mine as well, posted some macro shots recently, gettin ready to flush in the next week or so!

usually when i hear things like 'it sends the goodness' or 'energy' in botany write it off as BS.
that being said, ive heard of similar treatments with cold water, dark periods, etcetera so it wouldn't be TOTALLY surprising, just, odd i guess.
