When using coco one should not consider airation of nutrient solution as a substitute for allowing the coco medium to dry properly between feeds.
Some use a 50% top off.
Others float top with RO and dose by hand using EC measurement and calculated addbacks. Document effects of a light addback and you can multiply that as required to get target bump.
You can't just treat the rootzone. Aphids will feed on any part of your plant. Flyers deposit eggs on upper portions of the plant. These eggs hatch crawlers that start another cycle. Bombs don't do it for aphids.
Odds are just when you get running you will have to tear down due to landlord requiring access, inability to control odors or noise created by your scrubber. Imo, if you want to grow big you should seek other living accommodations. Especially if living in a state where growing is still illegal.

Don't do it imo. If you do use a stealth cabinet grow that actually looks like a normal metal locking cabinet.
Perhaps the state should use some of the retail recreational tax for better regulation of the MIP manufacturers. Perhaps simply mandating an in house lab QC test of each batch to ensure consistency and quantify contaminant levels. This should be done on any extracts imo.
