Have you checked your room or tent for serious light leaks? Room needs to be so dark that after sitting in it for 30 mins to let your eyes adjust you can't see your hand in front of your face. And no obvious light coming through anywhere. Sometimes it does take 10 to 14 days to start flowering...

I will check out your journal for sure! On the nute I personally don't give any for 3 weeks from seed unless it shows a nitrogen def. If it's green and healthy I just water it. I'm in day 14 of flower right now and I haven't given nutes in 3 weeks. Just water and my girls are loving it. A lot...
