Great point! I won't have to cross that bridge for some time. In my case...dissability and buying infrastructure when the wife's economic climate is favorable in certain months holds me back some. But last week Veteran Affairs accepted my application and I am now considered a Veteran. (My LP...
Brought my very first two herbs home last eve from my "budd's".
I had just one seed from a med bottle from MedReleaf, their Various CBD strain. We sprouted it and he taught me how to clone after I saw a few methods on YouTube. They've been sitting in his 50% humidity room for a week. They're dry...
It's in flower. Do you recall when? If so mark that date down and you'll know when it w finish. If that's dust on the leaves...Better clean it. If it's "light herb spots" ...It wants nutes or more light. You know it's a hybrid mostly indica right? Better to follow "indica temps, humidity and...
These two are Varius CBD five weeks later in their second pot. I pot three times only. Cup size, one gallon, then three to five gallon. They are somewhat scraggly looking now but I got 1.25oz each grown at my friend's using his 600w for 4 herbs. I just have to duplicate what was tested and carry on.
Definition of a clone? :An exact duplicate of the original from which it originated.
* Cuttings have no roots and therefore are not "clones"...Yet.
1. Best get things ready before taking cuttings. Clean the blade and scissors and rinse rockwhool cubes or place peat pucks in water to expand. a)...
That would save you a few things. (Heat is lower so humidity is controlled better which in turn = less bugs and mold. ...My no name cheapo LEDs have less output than the bigger names. But my personal grow is for calm, pleasure and for medicine...not selling. My modest 810 watts for a...
I'd go with 300w led for that space. Ensure you stop the vegging soon enough to alow for the budding stage growth. +50% stretch for indicas and +75% for sativas. The strain genetics dictate the plant's overall grow characteristics so when in doubt...I always google and check sites like Leafly...
Indica= up to half the plant total gets added. Sativa= double or more. If my total height is 6' they should stop at 4' for indica and 3' for sativa. Check the genetics for specifics.
CFLs took over a wk to see any change. The LEDs have the herbs getting fuzzy just 3 days in. More frost on more leaves now and they should finish a wk sooner. But I'm doing this 15 plant growage indoors, in soil for calm after 2 nervous breakdowns. It's fun to "veg" out and smoke whilst growing...
Switched over from 820 watts CFL to 810 watts in LEDs. 2X 300w, (no name ) and a 210w UFO, (no name ). As a result the 6'X2'X6' room dropped from 29deg cell to 20. This is tremendous because I have no bugs. On the downside, I have to buy food for my Lady bugs. Haha
600 is the output. The actual used wattage is less, approx half or just over half. The closer it is to half...The weaker it is. One of my 300w LEDs uses 150w the other uses 130w. When I place a light measure meter under both, the 130 has less influence on the meter. This confirms that you want...
Sorry, that's not realistic. If a person can do all the labour. A basic two room grow can be built and outfitted for $800. But nothing will be high end. My two rooms kitted out with led- 810watts cost $900. A large portion is dollar store and paint those walls bright white should help.
Remember. Even lower fan leaves in shade are helping. Removing these lower ones will help upper growth...But only if they have time to heal. And some herbs are just freaky about change. Fan leaves are solar collectors helping photosynthesis. Remove these and you also remove energy. You just need...
Yes, but a lot of that infrastructure should be on the cheap except the lights. Spend as much as you can on LED lights because they produce far less heat.
