Hi, newbie here, a few weeks ago I switched my light schedule to 12/12 to make my mature plant bloom. There were a few seedlings in the same tent as well, and because I only got very minimum grow space, I just left these seedlings there. And now I have noticed that some of them have stopped...

yeah...I thought so....and I wonder can this be fixed? should I fim it again ASAP or wait until a new set of fan leaves grows up?

I place an ordered in the year 2016, and never had receive those seeds, when I ask them for refund, they just came off various excuses to give me the brush-off. and my 110 euro just gone like this.
