1. Yes there is more room for roots and yest that can lead to better yield. 2. The larger bucket is easier to manage as far as temp, PH. and ppm.

I did the same thing and had about the same results. I think It's always better to take clones from a plant in veg. but like you the timing is why I do it. The yield is questionable some times I get a great yield and other times they just don't seem to grow that good.

I see that you are growing in soil so it could be over watering I would remove the dead leaves and let them dry up a bit not to the point that they wilt but dry and then start watering again. Any one else got any Ideas??

It was only 2 hours. I don't think i would need to worry about that for a few days. I've gone a week without an air pump and never had a problem.
