I think this will come down to an additional tool that the local town/cities/townships etc will use to close the books on the moratoriums (sp?) they put in place to keep the shops from opening, and also for the towns/cities/townships to close the doors on the ones that were grandfathered in...

its sounds like you're taking clones from clones, and again and again. this degrades the genetics pretty quickly from what I've seen first hand with some friends. they ran a strain that was story book worthy, and did that kind of cloning. it became a totally different plant over a few years, and...

It seems very backward to me to take prized, concentrated bho and make tincture with it........why would one do that? And decarbing it would dry it out and possible burn it, but definatly would turn it into that black mess before accomplishing anything even if you stopped it before drying out...
