i concur with that. vegging for longer with produce much more healthy plants and bigger yields.

the air cooled hood looks great. very reasonable price at $120.

forgot to ask. what medium do you put your clones in? currently i use sponges but that may not be ideal for you as your using soil. are rockwool cubes any good for transplanting into soil?

quick pics just to show how close i can get the plants to the light. i can put my hand right under the hood without getting to hot. both are drinking about 1.5l a day. the one that was vegged a week longer drinks slightly more.

hiy gyspy. that was a pic before i widened the holes properly but you may be right. i did stick it on the exhaust end earlier and the flow 'seemed' adequate. now its in the tent flow still seems fine. still negative pressure but i had that before making the holes bigger. if it isn't enuff...

hoods back in and on. may have to raise it tho. i've closed up the tent and i'll see how temps go. any probs i'll open it up and stick my floor standing fan on and fix the height tomorrow. hopefully won't need to, i don't like early starts.

maybe if they taught all the similarities between them and other religions such as mithraism. my view of religion should be just 'be excellent to each other' which is not a religious concept and as for god, don't get me started.
