ph seems fines. they seem a bit young to start giving them nutes. foliar feeding may help with the crispyness but probably not for the leaves with spots.

holy shit if you use 1000w you may only need two. i was thinking you'd be going 250's, 400's at most. rule of thumb is 'if it burns your arm it's to low'. probably roughly a couple of feet. depends if your doing air cooled hoods.

you can never have to much light. if you lollipop them you could get six in there. otherwise probably only a couple.
i would keep money aside for ventilation. the meters aren't 100% necessary. the ventilation is.

i wouldn't say they are cheesy cheesy, not like Parmesan or other stinky cheese, in fact i don't think they smell of cheese at all. so not sure why it got the name, unless its coz they stink. i've not grown the uk cheese although i'm sure i've smoked it. the original uk cheese is a skunk #1...
