Your ppm seems low. Try doubling it from 325 to 600 - 700. Ph is too high imo. Set it at 5.7 and let drift up to 5.9. 5.8 is the sweet spot for most strains in hydro, a few like 5.6 more than 5.8...

I've used the RNA Pro with good results, but this was started on vegetative clones rather than late flower. IMO you have an insect vectored mosaic virus. Even the signs of magnesium deficiency hints at the possibility of root aphids. Has this been eliminated? They are a most common vector.

Looks like Hemp Mosaic Virus to me. Probably vectored by an insect. RNA Pro will treat but not cure this. Expect diminished yields. Dead plant material is a carrier of the dormant virus. Calcium Hypochlorite solution should be used to sterilize room and equipment. Good luck!

Never undersize your carbon filter if you're exhausting outside. If late flowering is stinky and CFM is too much for the filter to scrub, your neighbors will likely know your venting stench before you do. :(

Agreed, unless he's hiding his heat siganture from FLIR by exhausting under a structure. Passive intake should be at least 2x area of exhaust.

FYI cool tubes suck imo. You might want to get a proper vented hood. The reflection characteristics of the cool tube are poor. You also must remove ductwork connection to change a bulb and clean glass.
