Will nitrogen toxicity in flowering causes bad and bitter taste of the harvested flowers?

Will too much nitrogen in flowering cause the final taste to be awful and bitter?

Yeah my temps were really low 60's for first 4 weeks of flower...using RO water and adding cal mag until my ppm is around 200. And using 4ml micro and 8ml bloom per gallon. I'm sure we have gone over this before I just forget alot

Ok I have been growing ebb n flow style and been using the lucas formula. I started out half strength for the first 2 weeks of flowering and got nitrogen toxicity. I guess I'm gonna go quarter strength next time.
