10x5 tent with a 550 hlg led light and a 315w cmh light. The lights are about 2 and a half feet above the plants

My plants have been dropping for a fees days now I doubt it's over watered because I only water them every 3 days but the temp remains 80-85 so could it be too hot?

I'm gonna supercrop because my canopy is only 7 feet tall and the lights take away another foot and a half so I need to shorten the height of the plants. So should I top before I supercrop or supercrop first, let the branches grow back upwards, and then top them?

In which order do I implement the training methods scrog,topping,supercropping,and defoliation? And how much time do I wait before doing the next one?
