They got transplanted to their homes today. Usually i use 3 gallon pots but for the first two i will use 1 1/2 gallon pots. These along with 5 different auto's i have planted will be used for crossing with a few good males i have.
Yes its a peat pot. I rarely ever use them but my nursery is pretty full right now and i had a few around so thought i would use them. Right before they get transplanted, i will put the bottom of the peat pot in water until it's soaked, then tear the bottom off and plant the rest of it.
Yes those are my scallions. cant remember the last time i brought some from the store, just cut them down to the bulb, plant the bulb back in soil and in a few weeks repeat.
