I agree with Dr Kick, humidity sounds OK, not sure about bud rot are you indoors or outdoors?

Time line looks good. I've had some take up to 12 wks. Tempature sounds good, warm days cool nights.the bud rot sometimes to much humidity, but doesn't sound like that. How much water? If you can find a arts and craft store they sometimes have small magnifying glasses that can get you through...

Little hard to tell how long into flowering? They look good!!
