I can fill 80% of a 4x4 w/ 4 plants in a month in soil with a 1000 watt. I dim mine starting at 50% then 75% then a full 1000watts by the time its 80% full though so I'm not wasting light.. so I'm gonna take a stab and say 4-5 wks

Stop using those UVB reptile lights! Just use any regular CFL (spiral or t5 doesnt matter) 6500k. Dont use warm whites 2700k for vegging.. save em for flowering. You can fim at 5 nodes or your own preference.

Take a temperature reading at the canopy. at the high 80's you might start to run into some trouble
