I think these pics show exactly how much weed can vary based on different strains... The 2 in the same pot were started the same day ( some time back in feb) One budded and is started to reveg... the other one just showed preflowers and has continued to veg. The one that is in full Veg mode...

my guess would be that you floral spray feed them. but if you didnt then im guessing its sulfur/rust burn from what you're feeding them.

Id say trim some of the buds that look done and try and keep as many big fan leafs still on the plant.

did you bring in your own soil before planting them outside or is that just the dirt from the area?
