Hey growers , My plant stoped stretching and getting taller for 4 days now this is my setup right now I just came up from 30w LED at the top to a total of 100w The distance = 14 inches. Should i increase the height or light or both for stretching and a taller plant to increase the yield ?

I’m from the same country and I guess it’s LEDs 12W per spot , so for the same situation bro , how many spots should i put over the top , like a total of how much wats ? And please what is the ideal color temp. (Kelvin) in the postion of the leaves ?
