Is this rot or just not fully mature ???

Since a monster cropped plant had so many Shoots should I up the nutes. She’s healthy and growing slow. Branches are kinda soft and I’m using Sturdy Stalk and Canna Rhizotonic for Root growth. ??? They are 18” tall with tons of tops. Super cropping slightly.

Last feeding yesterday gave me a bit of nute burn on tips. Oh well.

Here’s my monster cropped Sour OG Cheese. So many tops and so smalll. I chopped like 10 small shoots off her. It’s a long slow process for sure but hopefully worth it. She has a twin also and I have 4 more still in 32 ounce cups. No room for them.

Sour OG Cheese. I got 12 seeds from 5 plants. Are they feminized.

67 degrees seems to be what’s on the internet and you tube.

I’ve used waters from my dehumidifier. Plants seem to like it. It’s from the air. Can’t be bad. I researched it first. No one tried to steer anyone away from it.

It’s under a Philzon 2000 Cobb. Lights not the problem —- brown spots are from neem oil that dripped on them during lights on I believe. N/ tox and ph where my problems I believe. To much humidity at lights out for my taste also. Brought in my dehumidifier. But these puffy leaves...

I have 3 Humbolt Soltice Auto fems growing. 1 of them,the biggest but still small , the leaves are super green & thick around bud sites. All 3 feed the same - same light - same environment??? Is it just a bad feno type , if that even makes sense.
