Agreed. It's a personal preference thing. Truly doesn't matter one way or the other.

Just let it go. There arent enough roots yet to be mangled.

You can do either, but I always remove them. They say they will decompose but I just rip em apart. Helps put less stress on the roots to poke thru.

They look fine to me. Get them under direct light

Here's my approach, peat pods (the ones you fill with water so they expand and drop the seed. As soon as seedlings sprout they go into solo cups. Then to 1 gallon pots. 3 gallon pots. 5 gallon fabric pots. I let the roots tell me when to move up. I feel like keeping in smaller pots helps...
