The room your tent is in needs to be vented, the water needs to go somewhere in the end. If not vented or evacuated somehow, then the water will just stay in the room and go back in the tent. The other thing you can do in order to drop rh is to increase the temps in the tent a bit at night.

Im not convinced that more green light is a home run in flower. In our test grow we didnt see much effect of adding UV on green heavy spectrums but we did see an improvement in smell/quality when adding UV to a red heavy spectrum. Id agree. OP one way of judging whether light rail is any good for your situation would be to set up the lights over your cannopy and judge on how much shadow you see in the cannopy. If (as is most likely) you dont see much shadow then light mover is probably not going to move the dial very much...
