    i wouldn`t mix up leds and fans in a row !!! - if you want to fill up the remaining volts up to max. open circuit voltage, i recommend to add 4 x 10W chip in a warmw. spectrum, to get some reds into your 4000K led build - for blooming. Any chip with i.e. Vf = ~12V and can stand 1000mA is fine...

    i can build a 1650W led lamp and touch the leds with my tongue... but what do you expect with a wired cxb3590 @ max. current inside your fist - how many seconds can you hold ??? how many minutes to destroy the chip ? so heat management specially of leds is a main issue / as most chips die @ 150°C
