I usually have one pollen chuck a season at the end once I've gathered my keeper females for the season and found a male stud just to retain some of the genetics . I haven't heard of that method but it sounds super interesting. I'm also super interested in tissue culture methods . Would be great...

I've dabbled in hydro doing a few rockwool grows, I just enjoy organic soil growing a lot more in creating and maintaining a soil microenvironment. However, I do have a bag of soilless I've been meaning to try but I'll experiment a little more towards the end of the season. You a hydro guy?
