Its possible that the male flower that formed fell off the plant when it finished releasing its pollen. Like a flower on a backyard garden plant it eventually dies and wilts away. Not saying its what happened but just throwing it out there as a possibility

3 weeks into 12/12 Afghani went outdoors yesterday. Strawberry Cough has put on a big growth spurt since her feeding at 1500 ppm. Her colas are beefing. I am up pottind and training the veg cab to hit flower withing the next few days. Clearing room for the Skywalker and Tahoe OG.

Ok so a big update. I am getting fed up with this afghani now 20 days in 12/12 taking up space still no signs of flowering anytime soon.(only preflowers) Its going outdoors until i build my bigger flower tent later on next month if it hasnt finished. I have a 200 dollar order of seeds coming in...
