    Frequency for sure...you can soak em...long as you wait until dry to water again...only water when they need it

    For me tho the regular waterings start once the seedlings go into bigger containers and have a root ball.

    Well after learning the hard way with watering, i only water when the container is very light to the touch. When my new seedlings were small, it was like once a week. With a light spray of surface dirt as needed to maintain moisture.
