I got new lights that are way stronger. The plants are much further away now since i put the new light in. Should i change the light back to the cheaper /weaker light?

The light is the highest up in the tent possible. Just opened the vents. I had the fan at the top , pointing at the light. I moved it down to where the plants are, point still towards the light. Ty for your input! .

Ph is good , run off too. Light schedule is 18/6. Humidity is 60-65% . What is wrong with them?

The light is one inch away from the plant, i moved it closer a 2 or 3 days ago. The light is only 100 wts. I ordered a 600wt to replace. Soil is stuff a friend gave me(ill attacha pic for ref), do you have any recs on decebt cheap soil? Should i keep current soil and mix in perlite? Water only...

Whats the best store bought soil? Where i live we have lowes and homedepot. A friend gave me some soil to start, it ended up being some not so great stuff... pictured below. Also would it kill my plant if i change the soil? My plant is 13/14 days old from seed.
