dude don't spray them that could cause you bud rot or something if you are 70 days in flower that's 10 weeks most breeders only recommend 8 to 9 weeks flower flush them for a week and harvest.

your plants will triple in size by week 3 or 4 flower, so i would say they are ready. you will probably pull about 1 or 2 oz per plant :D

they are over watered you can tell man it's really easy, if you look at the tips of the leaves they are curling in towards the stem

it's perfectly healthy, the reason why the growth is slow on top is because it's growing below the soil. the roots are growing. you have a really healthy plant there man. keep doing what you do :D
