Most states have a zero tolerance policy for felons in the cannabis industry. Under the table? Sure. But that would require you to know someone already in the business. Looks like you might need to take a step back and re-evaluate.

If you can afford it, more power to you. A few years down the road, it will probably be worth it.

Some strains are just not very strong smelling. Great for discreet grows. But once you get used to that skunk punching you in the face, it does seem like a let down. Is the quality sub-par as well? That's what really matters to me.

Look on job websites. Any legal state has tons of openings for PT or FT bud tenders. Like i said, you aren't going to make a killing. Some bud tenders only make $9-$10/hr. Might not be what you were hoping for, but that's were you start.

Easiest way is to get a job bud tending. You wont make a killing, but you'll quickly gain experience and references.

If the breeder says 8 weeks, you can add another 2-3 weeks to that. Not always the case, but most the time they low ball.

I've smoked some good Gelato. Hopefully you get a nice yield with some good smoke to boot. Seems like everything is lined up for that.
