    I move 45 gallon myself while wet or dry I'm small guy I just lift/shimmy it on tarp and pull tarp slowly for more leverage don't want it to tip over while pulling. 2 can do it I'd think if I can move it easily myself here my baby's I move around either for more sun or for high wind protection...
